Usman Sadiq
Usman graduated from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 2012 and was called to the Bar in 2013. Since then, he has been practicing exclusively in the area of Family Law. As a seasoned litigator, negotiator, and mediator, Usman brings a well-rounded approach to resolving family law matters, whether in the courtroom or at the negotiating table. He practices all areas of family law including issues relating to: divorce, child decision making and parenting, mobility, child and spousal support, division of property, and all related maters.
Usman believes that informed clients make better decisions. He takes the time to ensure that each client understands their rights and obligations, so that they are equipped to make meaningful choices about what matters most to them. Usman approaches each case with a clear and practical mindset — he does not overcomplicate matters and always strives for fair and reasonable resolution. Where negotiation and mediation can achieve the right outcome, he recommends that path. Where they cannot, he advocates tirelessly on his client’s behalf in court.
